Our Pastor

Dr. Conda Ross is the Senior Pastor/Empowerment Leader of A House of Peace Ministries, Founder of Global Vision Empowerment Solutions, LLC, Life Coach and Transformation Speaker. She is a mother, grandmother and everyone's favorite auntie.

She received her Bachelor's from Texas A&M University-Commerce, Master's degree from Dallas Baptist University and PHD from Texas Bible Seminary and Institute.

Dr. Conda Ross leads AHOPM with a passion for restoring broken families, strengthening communities, and mobilizing the church beyond the four walls. Her leadership blends pastoral care, outreach strategy, discipleship, coaching, and community collaboration.
